This dataset consists of the full, de-identified transcripts of 19 interviews with primary health care consumers and 10 interviews with primary health care providers. Questions covered people's understanding of the term integrated primary health care, their expectations of integrated care and their experiences of attending or working in a GP Super Clinic in the Australian Capital Territory.
